Upgrade the weak OEM case saver on your TRX 90 with a far stronger and more durable solution. The factory unit is simply a thin stamped aluminum plate that can bend or fail during a chain break. Our case saver is 3D printed solid from high-durometer rated thermoplastic polymer, delivering outstanding toughness and impact resistance while allowing controlled flex to absorb shock. All necessary hardware is included and is stainless steel to prevent rust. The outside face is covered like OEM to keep your lil one's feet safe from the chain and sprocket.
This design also utilizes a pocket to hold the grommet for the wires in front of the sprocket. Aluminum inserts are pressed into themounting holes to eliminate compression when bolts are tightened, ensuring a precise and secure fit. A small pc of the foot well can be trimmed if desired to show the full case saver, otherwise it does hide it some.
