***If these are purchased for the 400EX/X, you must have done the 06+ 450ER brake conversion. They will NOT bolt to OEM 400EX/X spindles***
These are rotor guards that fill the inside of a 9 inch wheel. The inside diameter of the wheel can't be smaller than 9 inches or there will be clearance issues. They will keep large pieces of dirt and debris from getting into your brake and rotor area making sure your brakes are functioning as they should.
